EXPERTISE: Tordis Heggen has worked as a professional in the field of social work and vocational rehabilitation for many years; she is presently a adjudicator with a major agency of the province of Ontario. Ms. Heggen graduated from the Social Work program at Mohawk College and continued her studies in Sociology at McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada. She is fluent in Norwegian and Swedish. In addition to her duties as Nor-word Manager, she is a technical consultant in matters related to industrial and labour issues and is a translator / editor for Norwegian and Swedish texts.
